Melton Rare Breed Show & Sale saw superb prices for many Shetland sheep: top price of £1000g was paid for Wadley Magnus (Reserve Champion from Philip Cowan and Amy Houghton), with Todhill Craggenmore (Show Champion from Lenice Bell) selling for £550g. Muncaster Julius Casear (1st ram lamb from Barry & Julia Watson) sold for £440g. Other notable sales were Todhill Eirik at £310g and Coney Grey Yorick, both ram lambs, at £220g. A great 2 days and thank you to all the people who made it such a success.
